Fernando Onosaki

Fernando Onosaki has more than eighteen years of management consulting experience working in Strategy and Organization (S&O) related projects across different industries in both public and private sector clients located in different countries. He worked for Arthur D. Little for the technology and innovation practice (TIM) helping companies to identify and develop new growth opportunities.
Fernando has a solid experience in management consulting having delivered more than 50 projects in different practices, industries and locations.
Fernando has also helped to develop and deliver IXL’s innovation programs and workshops around the world and supports Hult Prize in Brazil.
Prior to management consulting, he had a solid background in marketing and information technology management working in IBM as a Latin America Marketing managed developing solutions for the Wholesale and Retail industries, JC Penney, Grupo Camargo Correa and CESP.
Fernando has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Universidade de Sao Paulo (USP) and MBA in Marketing and Information Technology from Fundacao Instituto de Administracao (FIA).
He speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English.
